Dear doctor garu, I am 60 years old male. Because of cavity-19, I took some measures in terms of fluid intake for last two months (based on inputs from friends). I am taking intake of fluids as follows:- 1) one liter of warm water at around 6 am 2) two large cups of lemon water with honey (at 11 am and 4 pm) (cup measuring 1/4 ltr). 3) three large cups of tulasi water (at 9 am, 2 pm and 9 pm). Tulasi water preparation: I put 8 to 10 small tulasi leaves in boiled water and keep the water with leaves as it is in a flask. As and when required, I am having it after taking out leaves. Currently I am not on any medication and my health is ok. My question is whether taking hot tulasi water three times a day will cause any long term affects on my health. Kindly guide me. Best regards, kmk reddy.
