I am 25 years old male. I have always been a late sleeper and always struggle waking up. No matter how much I try its still the same. I haven?t took any medication rated to this. But something very unusual is happening since past few months. Whats happening is like my sleep cycle is constantly moving. Lets say if I sleep at 10 pm tonight after a couple days I will sleep at 12 after couple days at 2 am. And this just keeps on going though out 24 hrs of the day. A point reaches where I do not sleep at night at all and sleep at 10 am and wake up at night. This is like my body is not honouring the 24 hour day. It must be having bad affect on my body. I am definitely not happy with this sleeping pattern. This has been happening since last 8 months. Is this some known problem or a phenomenon? Do we have any explanation for this? If doctor?s advice is needed. Which doctor should I go to. Thanks in advance.
