Hi, doctor, I am 59 years old, non diabetic, have bp since 15 years. My bp is 135/100 in the morning and 155/110 in the night. Presently I feeling pain in the middle of the chest since yesterday night. While walking few yards I feel breathless ness and heart beat going up to 120ppm. At present I am using telma ct 40 mg, 1tb,pan d 40 mg 1tb in the morning, stamlo 2.5 mg 1tb in night. Kindly advice is there any problems. I have no fever, no cold or cough. And daily morning one hour I do surya namaskarams, and breathing exercises. Thank you.
