You desperately need therapy. The challenges of everyday living pose a major stress to people and they learn to cope with it through various adaptations, techniques, and tools. In the case of the bipolar condition your adjustability is more difficult than the normal population. Apart from this there are many issues of the mind that medication cannot address, and these are ideally worked out in therapy. Please put yourself on a tight time-schedule with exercises, interesting activities, functional occupations; and being a contributor to your family and society at large. Eat healthily, sleep well, and go for regular counseling. There is a lot of anger that is not being dealt with for many years too. You can live a good life subject to your doing more in the manner explained above. Life will then look full of hope; and many of your desires will and can be fulfilled.
