My heart rate goes up to 115 to 120 bpm when standing or walking around normally. Then when I sit goes right back to 87 to 90 bmp, and it all started after my sudden diet change. Going from eating junk food and drinking soda and energy drinks all the time to eat fruit more veggies and then drinking nothing bjt I mean nothing but water. Like 4 bottles a day. So i'm asking is that possible to make my heart rate go up like that from a sudden diet change?
