Age 23. Agar mai 24 hrs. Me se 3 hr. Walking, exercise, meditation ko du too baaki ke hours ke stress, pareshan rehna usse control honga khate peete sote uthte har vakt sochna tension pareshan rehna vali ldki jisko habit bnchuki. Headache prblm 4 yrs. Se hai lagatar mujhe dhoop me headache dj jaisi aawaj se headache. Uss vakt mai headache ki habit ke saath sab kr leti thi bahut ache se kr paati thi. Yaad rehne me dikkat jarur hone lgi thi. 22august ko headache ne aisa roop liya abhi tak lifestyle pr bahut bda asar ho rah hai. Dhadakta dimag itna jabardast hota ki bardast nii hota choti choti aawaj bardast ni hoti pareshan krti ear bhi band jaisa hota. Mai apni sleep raat ko 10: 30 bje soti too subhe 6: 30 tak nind khulti aur day me 1 and half hrs bhi sona takki fresh feel kru kbhi nii so oaati too ussdin chuban hota lekin 22aug. Se aisi pareshani dhadkan jaisi aawaj lgatar sunai derhi hai mujhe, weakness, chakkar feel hona bhi lgta hai, chalte vakt bhi head pareshan krta hai, ulti jaisa feel hota hai bss aati nii hai ,gardan me dard akdan jyada. Kuch vakt se nind bahut jyada aane lgi hai jo timings btayi usse jyada. Morning me ghumna mere liye acha hai lekin subhe fresh hone ke liye water lena pdta hai aur fir urine aata har 15 min. Me agar water nii lu too fresh nii ho paogi aur bahr ghumne jaana vah prblm hui too fresh hone ki jagh pr rokna pdega aur fir kabz hone lgega pehle hi chuka hai aisa. Exercise krne ki sochi takki control ho ek din kiya head dhadkne lgta aur daily neck exercise krti hu pr prblm ho jaati tab bhi. Koi bhi kaaam nii kr paarhi hu jb dekho rest kru bsss aur nind na aaye pr leti rhu. Periods bhi 2 yrs. Se one day hai aur 2 months se too na ke brabar bleeding hai brown color ki. Sabpr jyada gussa krne lgi hu aur fir sochsochkr pareshan. Stress bahut jyada leti hu. Head ka dhadkna aise jaise heart dhadkta hai. Hello lybrate-user, no worries ,try these following modification of atleast 15 days- 1.restricted -onion ,garlic, pulses,milk and milk products, bakery,processed and packaged food, oil,white salt, wheat 2.eat plenty of fruits, salad and vegetables, coconut water and lemon water 3.cook food in little bit in ghee 4.keep hydration 5.do yoga and nadi shodhan daily 6.use rock salt and kaangni, ragi,rajgira, sama for roti and khichdi 7.take d-stress tab. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9.
