I was eating really unhealthy like constantly drinking soda and energy drinks and than I decided to go full on healthy as far as eating and drinking but when I started drinking like 4 bottles of water a day and eating nothing but fruits and veggies it seem to start up shortly after my new diet. Can a sudden diet change cause this to happen to your heart, cause now my heart rises every time I stand up or walk around normally. I was wondering could this be the cause of my problem cause it didn't seem to start until shortly after my new diet?
