I have pain on teeth when I eat hot or cold food. I do not know why happen every time I brush regular two times a day.

Usually, dental pain is because of infected pulp. And taking painkillers will not help much. If you need a permanent relief, you have to consult a dentist. Get your xray done and let him advice the necessary treatment. For the time being, you can take any drug having paracetamol 500 mg 2/3 times a day to manage pain. Remember, with medications pain will subside but it is not a permanent solution. Or may be you are suffering from sensitivity. Most of the time, pain stops in few mins if it is sensitivity problem. Consult a dentist & get your full mouth examination. There are many reasons to have sensitivity. Your doctor will prescribe you some desensitizing paste or he may advise you some fillings to treat the problem.
