I am suffering from difficulty swallowing and glandular swelling for the last 6 month 22nd march 2020. Ear pain also. Usg of neck shows hypoechoic nodule in both lobes of thyroid. Allopathy doctors says watchful waiting, no treatment needed at the moment. Hb - 10. 1 mg/dl, esr - 30 (1st hour). What should I do? Please suggest me to relief me this problem.
