Respected sir, my name is kavan, and I have started going gym in the month of november 2019. I was very excited building muscle mass, so I am taking clean diet also. But suddenly in february 2019 I suffered from slightly high uric acid problem, my doctor suggested test of ra profile which I will upload here, which came normal totally. Also I am taking supplements to promote good workout. In the month of march during national lockdown, gyms were closed so my body was on complete rest, at that time I was not experiencing any stiffness during morning, everything went okay also my kinky figure triggering stopped. I started going to gym since 1 month now, and from few days my joints in hand started getting stiff in morning, and kinky finger started getting triggered. Is this due to my workout or information in my body? This happens only in my hands and lasts less then 5 minutes in morning. Also I am complete jain. Diet I follow:- morning:- 80 grams boiled oats 2 teaspoon peanut butter 250 ml milk 3 brown bread, 1 banana, 4 khakhra. Snack:- cooker kiya huwa 50 grams white chole boiled 30 grams brown rice. And made biryani of both. Lunch:- 4 chapati, 500 ml tur dal, 100 grams rice, regular jain subji, 1 glass chaas, snack:- 2 bananas post workout. Post workout 1 scoop whey. Dinner:- around 8 80 grams besan floor pudla 50 grams soya chunks. Total:- approx:- 130 grams protein, 73 grams fat, 386 grams carbs, 62 grams fiber. Supplements:- whey protein 1 scoop post workout. becadexamine multi vitamin 1 in morning. aristozyme gold tablet 1 in morning for digestion. Himalaya gokshura 500 mg at night. Himalaya ashwagandha 500 mg at night. No additional fish oil or such omegas. 5g of creatine sometimes post workout. Physical info. Fat :- 25% overall body. Bmr:- 1908 bmi:- 28.
