I'm Ambika, 29 years old. I'm having PCOD since 4 years. My weight was increased by 30 KGS, since 3 years. What can I do to reduce my weight & got relief from PCOD?

Eat food with less sugar and Carbohydrate Eat food with more fiber. Eat foods such as whole grains (jowar, bajra, whole wheat). Food with low in Saturated Fats Wheat, Oat flakes Fresh fruit, Fruit juices, lots of vegetables, Legumes and Nuts Prefer food with protein If you cant make it naturally through foods then i could suggest supplements were you could loose weight and treat PCOS
