Vitamin b 12 test result shows 58, hemoglobin is 6.6, rbc is 1.77 and wbc 3.2, platelets count 90, mcv is 122. 2 ft. Pcv is 21.7, rdw is 29.3%. Her diet includes non veg food like egg, fish, and vegetables. Also, chicken sometimes. Her weight is 60 kg, age 51. Weight has reduced since last year. She feels tingling and numbness on fingertips, lethargy, blood clots visible frequently. What all precautions and medication to be taken. Please suggest.
