I got recently married and sexually active. Few days ago I got a pimple next to my vagina and its painful but now I got 3-5 ulcers and pimples in and near my vagina and also got rashes at my anus. I applied bactafuz on the pimples and ulcer but didn't work at all. Can someone suggest what should I do?

Good evening. It could be an infection, which can be transmitted through sexual intercourse (std) or a normal infection. Vaginal examination is needed. Better consult a gynaecologist nearby. For pain at present you can take tab. Dolo 650 mg sos.
