I have pcos and frequent urge to urinate. I started taking diane 35 from june 25. The night I took the first pill, I had severe stomach pain so doctor gave me drotin m for whenever I feel the pain. In that 21 days I had pain a lot of times. The pain keeps on shifting and sometimes there is pelvic pain also. And after completing the pills, I still have the pain. Right now I am on my period and the pain is still there, usually on my period I only have back pain. Please help me know what exactly is happening.

Good morning. From the symptoms, it is likely that you can have urine infection or kidney stones. As the pain is through out the month. Even constipation problem or vaginal infection can also cause pain get an abdominal and pelvis scan, urine culture and sensitivity test. You must be having urinary tract infection. Check urine routine examination. Diane 35 will not produce any such symptoms. But when you get any such symptoms you are supposed to stop that medicine.
