I have ibs from last three years. Now I am daily taking cyra 20 mg tablet daily once in morning. I feel tired whole day. Pinching like pain in left chest around breastbone. Stiffness in whole body in morning. Stomach pain around belly and upper stomach. Stomach heaviness after eating. All the blood tests are normal. Treating at gastroenchlogist from last two months.
