I have been suffering from yeast infections since 3 months after having my niftran meds but after their completion the yeast infection persist. I have been taking fluconazole 150 mg since then I get relief but as I stop taking them I get yeast infections again. Will this continue or ever stop. Is it normal? Pls suggest a better medicine so it can be cured forever.

Clean your vagina with betadine vaginal douche. Then you can use antifungal ointments which will eradicate your infection.

Hello hia, If you are getting recurrent infections, you need additional investigations to find out why it’s happening and a more prolonged treatment with fluconazole.
