Hello sir, I am suffering from problem of night fall from last 10-12 years .i am 29 years old and this problem is happening 4-5 days in a week since age of 18 years. Semen also leaks during the whole day and after urination my urine also starts to leak. My body starts to pain whenever night fall happens and my body is getting weaker day by day. My half of hair of beard has became white and rough and whenever nightfallhappens I see more of white hair on my body. So ,please give me good advice what I can do for this.

Nightfall is commonly also known as wet dreams. The problem of nightfall is very common among men's in the mid age or adolescent age.
