I am 57 years old .three months before I fell pain in teeth than I go to doctor he give some medicine but not fell comfort next time he do ct scan of teeth and says problem in three teeth and need to remove but he not remove the teeth because of some white patches (looks like ulcer )in mouth (inner one side of check ).he give medicine but almost two months passed but white patches not clear. Than he advised for biopsy. We do biopsy and the result is squamous papilloma. The place where the tissue is taken for biopsy is fill completely but exceeded from normal level. please advised what we do like medicine, food etc.

Quit habits strictly. Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. T. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one night for 5 days, along with c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Rinse it thoroughly with the mouthwash. Apply kenakort ointment. Conservative surgical excision, including the base of the lesion is the gold standard treatment for the oral squamous papilloma and recurrence is unlikely. Fre- quently, lesions have been left untreated for years with no reported transformation into malignancy, continuous enlargement or dissemination to other parts of the oral cavity [10]. Papillomas are also treated by laser ablation and the exophytic lesion is excised followed by direct ablation of the lateral and deep margins [9]. Recently, surgical excision combined with other forms of treat- ment, such as systemically used interferon has been introduced.
