Hello doctor, whenever there is a closed environment or humidity in weather I feel suffocated and feel uncomfortable as if I can't inhale air and not getting enough oxygen for my body. Sometimes white experiencing this I do feel little bit drowsiness or dizziness sort of state. When I get out of that olace and breathe in open air then after a while I do feel better without any medication and treatment. I did my pft and it was normal. This is an occasional experience not very frequent. Well I do cardio in gym and do take steam baths and do not face any such problem. Usually I face this problem after weather change like nowadays its raining and humid environment. Well I neither drink alcohol nor smoke. I don't have any bad habits. So if you could please suggest me anynsolution or treatment for this then I will be grateful for your precious advice. Thank you for your valuable time and for this assistance. Have a nice day.
