I want to know about breakfast. I am 22 years old girl. I want to eat healthy breakfast for strength and want to be active during the day. What should I have for my breakfast in the morning? Please suggest heavy and healthy breakfast.

You can have in breakfast bread with egg omelette or egg poach, you can have plain oats paratha with low fat curd or chickpeas sabji ,u can have also ragi veg upma/oats veg upma with curd or any chutney, you can have besan veg chilla with tomato or mint chuntey, you can have 1 med bowl of daliya porridge by adding crushed almonds or pistachios or cashewnuts etc.
