betnovate c cream is a topical steroid cream ,which should not be used on face and other parts of body unless prescribed by dermatologists, as it can land up side effects. Most of the times, spots will respond to azaelic acid creams. But be sure to start the cream at night along with sunscreen application in the morning. Your skin seems to sensitive ,better you use mild cleanser to prevent from dryness and redness. Many procedures like chemical peeling, microdermabrasion, lasers etc can treat you better and give good results. Please do post pics or consult online for getting good guidance and treatment.

No. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun. For more details you can consult online.
