I am experiencing blisters on my lips and symptoms that are similar to that ones in case of Herpes. I doubt that I have herpes. Is there a treatment available for it? How do I get sure if I have it? All the symptoms are of Herpes. It started 2 years ago. And it has become a regular thing.

Avoid hot beverages, spicy and salty foods, and citrus. Gargle with cool water or eat popsicles. Rinse with salt water.

I have a oily skin,, I wake up with 2-3 pimples on/around my nose most mornings. My question is, is there anything I can do about the amount of puss in the pores of my nose? I could sit around for hours, just squeezing my nose, and getting the white pimple like puss to squirt out. Sometimes I actually do this and it will help for a week or so, then my pores just fill back up again. I'm not a big fan of doing this though, as it really makes my nose sore from all the squeezing. Now because of squeezing I have got dark spots on my nose, is there any medicine to reduce black spots. Anyone have any suggestions, or is this just something I have to deal with.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

It is a homoeopathic cream and you can get it from a Homoeopthicc medical store,in or around your area. You can try following home made remedies also. • Tomato and Lemon Juice. These fruits have natural bleaching properties which greatly reduce and whitens black spot marks. To use, simply apply a small amount using a cotton applicator (Q-tip). Apply the juices on the dark spots only and avoid touching the surrounding skin especially if you have a darker complexion. You don't want to bleach the surrounding skin.. • Aloe Vera. The aloe Vera is one of the most effective natural remedy to remove black spots caused by chicken pox. The aloe Vera efficiently nourishes the skin and enhance the regenerative properties of the skin. To use, simply apply the aloe Vera gel on your skin. • Hydration. Hiii I am 19 year s old at my face so much of pimples and black hits so which are bes t night cream for me to avoid pimples and black hits are bright skin.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you when ever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition.

What should I do to make my hair straight without using chemicals or hair treatment or hair straightener.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, There are many ways to get straight and silky hair, but the curls with which we are born with, can’t be totally get rid off. - Regular hot oil treatments is one the best and easiest ways to keep your hair smooth and well hydrated. The heat and saturation from the warm oil will relax the light wavy and curly pattern of your hair. For hot oil treatment, the best options are coconut, olive, almond or sesame oil. - Coconut milk is believed to help straighten hair. It has a moisturizing ability and also gives your hair a beautiful shine and luster. In a glass jar, mix one cup of fresh coconut milk and the juice of one lemon. Place the glass jar in the refrigerator for a few hours, until there is a creamy layer on the top. Massage your hair and scalp with this cream, and then leave it on for 20 minutes.Cover your head with a shower cap or swimming cap and wrap a warm moist towel around the cap. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, and then shampoo and condition your hair. - Mix together one-half cup each of milk and water. Store the mixture in a spray bottle. Comb out any tangles in your hair, spray the mixture over your hair and comb it again. Leave it on for 30 minutes so that the milk is absorbed by your hair. Then wash your hair with shampoo and apply conditioner. - Beat two eggs properly and mix in four tablespoons of olive oil. Apply this mixture to your hair and scalp, then comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb. Wear a shower cap and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. Rinse it off and wash your hair with a mild shampoo. - Mix together one cup of fuller’s earth, one egg white and two tablespoons of rice flour. Add enough water to the mixture to get a thin texture. Apply this mixture to your hair and comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb. Leave it in for one hour, and then wash it out with water. Now generously spray milk on your hair. Leave it on for 15 minutes, and then shampoo and condition your hair. - Mix one-half cup each of aloe vera gel and warm olive oil. Optionally, mix in six drops each of rosemary oil and sandalwood oil. Massage the mixture into your hair and scalp. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it on for one to two hours. Rinse it off and shampoo your hair with a mild shampoo.

" Alopecia Areata " - A Hair loss with solution

" Alopecia Areata " - A Hair loss with solution
Alopacia and Unani Medicine

Alopecia areata is a type of hair loss that occurs when your immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles, which is where hair growth begins. The damage to the follicle is usually not permanent. Experts do not know why the immune system attacks the follicles. Alopecia areata is most common in people younger than 20, but children and adults of any age may be affected. Women and men are affected equally.

What happens in alopecia areata?
Alopecia areata usually begins when clumps of hair fall out, resulting in totally smooth, round hairless patches on the scalp. In some cases the hair may become thinner without noticeable patches of baldness, or it may grow and break off, leaving short stubs (called" exclamation point" hair). In rare cases, complete loss of scalp hair and body hair occurs. The hair loss often comes and goes-hair will grow back over several months in one area but will fall out in another area.

When alopecia areata results in patches of hair loss, some time the hair usually grows back in a few months. 1 although the new hair is usually the same color and texture as the rest of the hair, it sometimes is fine and white.

About 10% of people with this condition may never regrow hair. As per alopathic experts says but with unani medicine its possible to have normal hair.

Results may take longer time if you have:-
- Have a family history of the condition.
- Have the condition at a young age (before puberty) or for longer than 1 year.
- Have another autoimmune disease.
- Are prone to allergies (atopy).
- Have extensive hair loss.
- Have abnormal color, shape, texture, or thickness of the fingernails or toenails.

Because hair is an important part of appearance, hair loss can result in feeling unattractive.
In some people with alopecia areata, the fingernails and toenails become pitted-they look as if a pin had made many tiny dents in them. They may also look like sandpaper.

Alopecia areata can be" completely cured" & can be treated. Most people who have one episode will have more episodes of hair loss.

We at Dr. Khans clinic have more then 10 years of experience in treating alopacia areata. Appreciable results can be seen in just 30 days.

Get Rid of Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are white marks, which are caused due to distension of the skin. These appear on the skin as stubborn lines. The most common cause of stretch marks in women is pregnancy, and otherwise they may also appear on abdomen, thighs and limbs due to gaining or losing weight too quickly.

Causes of stretch marks:
Stretch marks appear when the skin suddenly expands due to which the skin loses its elasticity by stretching too much in a short time frame. This causes white, ugly lines on the skin. These are very difficult to tackle or remove unless you make some efforts to do so.

Home Remedies For Stretch Marks Removal:

Here are some natural ways, which can improve the appearance of the stretched skin a lot, and can fade out stretch marks over time.

  • Applying castor oil on stretch marks and massaging for some 5 to 10 minutes help. After the massage, you should immediately wrap the area in a soft cloth and then apply hot-water bag or a hot pad on the skin over the cloth. Daily treatment for a month reduces stretch marks a lot.
  • Daily massaging of the skin lightly with pure Aloe Vera gel, and then rinsing it with lukewarm water also gives good results.
  • Apply egg whites on the area and leave them to dry. Then wash it with cold water. You should repeat this for at least 2 weeks.
  • Use either pure lemon juice or a mixture of equal amounts of lemon and cucumber juice and apply the juice on the affected skin. Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash it with lukewarm water.
  • Use sugar with a little almond oil and few drops of lemon juice to make a mixture. Use this everyday on skin to exfoliate the skin while bathing to see visibly lighter stretch marks.
  • Potato juice is a good stretch marks remover. You should use this juice on skin daily before bathing and leave for some time.
  • Daily massage with warm olive oil is a great remedy for the stretch marks.
  • Drink a lot of water. As long as you keep your skin hydrated, you will find all other methods working great on the skin.

Medical Treatment for Removing Stretch Marks:

Laser Stretch Mark Removal: During a laser stretch mark removal procedure, a beam of light removes thin layers of skin around the stretch marks. Instead of burning or cutting the affected skin areas like other lasers, it uses high-energy ultraviolet laser light to disrupt the molecular bonds in the skin tissue, which causes the tissue to disintegrate in a process known as ablation. Once laser stretch mark removal is complete, stretch marks will have disappeared, and a renewed, healthy appearance will result.

Benefits of Laser Stretch Mark Treatment:
The most important benefit of laser stretch mark removal is its effectiveness. The treatment has a very high rate of patient satisfaction. It is also extremely safe; the excimer laser is precisely controlled, with little potential to cause injury.

Surgical Stretch Mark Removal: Surgical stretch mark removal is the only effective option for the complete and permanent elimination of stretch marks.

Other Stretch Mark Removal Treatments:

  1. Chemical Peels: Chemical peels are most commonly used on the face to treat wrinkles and age spots, but they can be used on other areas of the body for stretch mark removal.
  2. Microdermabrasion: Both microdermabrasion and chemical peels improve the appearance of stretch marks through the removal of the skin's top layers.
  3. Blue Light Therapy: Although more widely used for acne treatment, blue light therapy is sometimes used to improve the appearance of stretch marks.

Because stretch mark removal is customized to the individual patient, consulting a cosmetic dermatologist specializing in stretch mark removal is the best way to get information on your specific case.

Baldness is not an overnight affair. It is a long term process which has to be arrested as soon as you start noticing it. While among the 40 plus men baldness is very common, women often think that the chances for them getting bald are very less. But that? s not true; women too can face the same problem which starts from thinning of the hair there are many reasons why you may go bald. But don? t lose hope. It is never too late. They are many good solutions available to induce hair growth in baldness. But before opting for any one randomly, you must know the reason that caused baldness and take measures accordingly. Causes of baldness 1. Heredity: if your fathers, uncles have clean heads to show off in their mid 40? s, you must set an alarm for yourself when you are in your 20s. Take proper care of your mane, as prescribed by an expert. Apart from that maintain a healthy, stress-free life style. Inculcate the habit of keeping yourself hydrated always. 2. Sickness: excessive hair loss might start as you are recovering from diseases like typhoid or jaundice. If you do not pay attention to your hair getting thin at that moment, it wouldn? t take much time to result in an empty patch on your head. 3. Lack of maintenance: if you expose your hair to various chemicals without judging the components of the products, it may cause serious harm to your hair. Bald hair growth solutions since every product available on the counter promises to get you beautiful and lustrous hair, you have to be extra cautious when you pick up a product. Going by your preferences, you must choose the following 1. Medicinal help: good medicines can always help to a certain extent for hair growth. Consult a doctor before you resort to this. While, this may bring result sooner, on the flipside, it might have some side effects too. 2. Treatment for baldness: hair treatments will spur the follicles of your head to produce new hair. This involves a considerable cost. However, many apprehend that the newly grown hair will start falling again once you stop the treatment. 3. Natural remedies: natural remedies are considered to be the best ones and are the most recommended ones to follow as the hair growth naturally will not shed off easily once you master the methods of taking proper care with patience. Below mentioned are few natural hair growth tips: 1. Massage olive oil and castor oil on your scalp. Both are known to induce dormant follicles. 2. Rub onion on the scalp. It is also known to be very effective in regenerating new hair. 1.3. Increase the intake of protein enriched food. Proteins are the basics of new cells and taking considerable amount of milk, fish, and meat will help in the growth of hair. Consult hair growth treatment for more queries inform me.

I am having a problem of hair falling. I had tried many of shampoos but it was not effective give some advice to me.

BHMS, Certified in Aesthetic Skin Treatments, Certified in Applied Behaviour Analysis
Homeopath, Mumbai
Dear lybrate-user, Hair loss is a common problem for both men and women, and it has many different causes. Age, genetics, illness, and medications may all play a role. No matter what's causing your hair to thin, there are homeopathic remedies you can take to slow hair loss, stimulate the scalp and promote new growth. Since hair loss is a deep-rooted problem. We have consistently observed that such products rarely help or do little good. It is the internal treatment decided for an individual patient, which cures the hair loss. Important note: Every case calls for detailed study of the patient individually. There are no disease specific medicines in homeopathy. The exact treatment is determined only on "in-depth" evaluation of the individual case. The readers are advised not to indulge in any kind of self-medication. Your feedback matters. Thankyou.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.
