I have a horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus of left knee with cystic lesion but after suffering from pain for 2 months I m now asymptomatic. Should I go for a arthroscopic surgery. Thanks.

Hello, now you are asymptomatic , means there is no pain then there is no need to go under surgery, but keep a regular follow up with your doctor. Take Five phos 6x, 5 tabs twice daily, this is a tonic for joints. Take care and thanks.
