My wife is taking psychological treatments. 1. Clonazepam 0.25, 2. paroxetine 20 mg 3.tianeptine 37.5 mg. We are suggested to perform brain mri, ecg, and body check up tests like diabetes, thyroid, vitamins, cholesterol etc. We have done it as well and reports are normal but still she is getting dizziness and fainting for 3-5 min.

Received after 3 weeks. When these reports are normal, it generally suggests no organic involvement or a local lesion. The present complaints are probabably related to original psychological or functional disorder or at times due to multiple poly medication. She should be under treatment, supervision and follow up of a good psychiatrist or institute like nimhans for long duration.
