Exercise depends upon peron to peron and age is not the criteria of judging the amount of exercise one should put in.After 50 just exercise such that your body is fit and you are active throughout the day. At or over age 50,one must drink on an average one Drink /Day.The consumption of this drink should be very slow ending anywhere between 15-45 Minutes One drink is equal to one of the following: ? 250 ML can or bottle of regular beer ? 100 ML can or bottle of malt liquor ? 60 ML glass of red or white wine 30 ML glass of hard liquor (spirits) like gin, vodka, or whiskey. Although tolerance effect of consuming alcohol remains almost same in age group 50-65 year if factors remain same but loneliness, boredom, anxiety, or depression, In fact, depression in older adults leads to decreased tolerance but increased diverion towards alcohol just causing health issues.
