I'm on a diet plan two weeks ago the first week I have lost 3 kg but the second I only lost 200g I was shocked yhe secretary of the doctor said that if I eat anything ouh of the diet plan my body won't burn any calories in two days. I wanna know if it's a normal body behavior or it's because of the aqualigne turbo minceur i'm using.

It is a normal. When we start these type of diet, the excess water is expelled from the body and we lose faster. Then the weight target is on the loose fat so the reduction is slower.

It’s absolutely wrong. Our body don’t work like this. U will be surprised that we need to eat to lose weight. Starting or a specific type of diet is never recommended. Many reason behind this. First is u lose lean mass not fat mass. So as soon as u stop special diet ur weight is back n most of time double of what u have lost. Second it leads to deficiency is precious minerals n vitamins. As our body is very complex. For certain vitamins it needs presence of oil to get absorbed, certain amino acids need presence of certain vitamins in whose presence only they will get absorbed from food. Etc. so eating particular type of food disturbs this delicate balance of body n u end up with many problems. Some short lived n some have long lasting effects nobody. First of all u should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days u can do cardio exercises. For more details u can consult me.
