I am 25 years old female suffering from hypothyroidism since 2015 and in this year in march 2020 I had been tested tsh it came 2.64 and taking medication of eltroxin 50 mg but my weight gradually increases 87 kg in 5.7 height so in may 2020 I again checked my tsh it came 12. Also having vaginal yeast infection I had completed the cause of fluconazole 14 days and 6 days pessary with combination of clotrimazole clindamycin and tinidazole also having chronic anal fissure. I am taking healthy diets more fibres sits bath also m taking vsl 3 probiotic once daily from 2 days. Now my complain is my vaginal discharge had been reduced but inside it is light red and mild burning and also having frequent urination also anal fissure is also not healing. So pls hlp wat to do next?
