I am 25 year male. My height and weight is 5" 6' and 60kg. I want to gain weight and muscle size too. Please suggest supplement for me. And diet plan. I regularly do gym.

To gain weight and muscles include good quality protein sources in your every meal such as low fat milk & milk products, soy & sprouts, lean meat, eggs, pulses, beans. Eat meals at small intervals include high calorie food in between your main meals such as nuts, sath chocolates. Can take whey protein supplement according to the work out, but should not be continued for more than 3 months.
