Hi. I understand your problem. Pcod is very difficult to be treated. There is no particular treatment for it. Still research is going on. But there are few combination drugs like hormonal and non hormonal treatment shows few symptoms improved. - life style modification is very important. Eating healthy (low fat, oily food and avoiding fast food etc) and doing exercise for 1-2 hours everyday.-ur weight is under control but still light exercises or yoga for 1 hour daily. - I need few investigations thyroid test, cbp and usg pelvis scan. Your age, last period date follow up with these tests then we can plan your treatment accordingly.
