I had my large intestine illeum portion 3 ft including some portion of large intestine surgically removed in april 2018, due to cancer. I was advised to take medicine for b12 orally which did not help much so I had vit b12 injections. Now I have learner that even vit c and d and many other vital elements are only absorbed through illeum only. Please advise what other injections l need to take to stay healthy and avoid complications. Right now I am feeling weakness and numbness in legs particularly due to which I am unable to walk properly and have lack of sleep at night. My bp, sugar, temp is normal for last 2 years. Hemoglobin is 12.4.
