Actually I have heard that sentinel piles are caused due to fissure which lasts for longer time but in my case I had fissure pain lasting for about 3-4 days & then too I have a sentinel pile .y is it so? Do size of sentinel piles keep increasing in size due to prolonged sitting (due to office work)? Will sentinel pile grows wherever fissure happened? Can one have multiple sentinel piles?
