Hi, lybrate user , Cervical spondylitis might cause giddiness apart from BP , need interrogation, locally. Remove , pillows from your bed inorder to check Giddiness. Gastric disorder can't be overruled being a reason for Giddiness, too. Your diet be easily digestible on time to check gastric disorder. Your antihypertensive medicines be monitored , regularly.
