Simonteniously insomnia also diagnosed, for that escitalopram 10 mg and lorazepam 20 gm also taking. My question is due to these medicines possibility to have erectile problem. Is more produced dopamine is responsible for insomnia? Full day fatigue feeling? Now what to do?

Parkinson's disease is usually associated with many non-motor symtoms like sleep disturbances, mood problem, urinary and sexual problem. They need to be managed accordingly along with the proper treatment of parkinson's disease.

Dopamine does not cause 'full day fatigue feeling' it might cause insomnia, but so is your disease. Regarding erection problem, some of these medications may occasionally cause it, but if such happens - factors first to consider is your age (don't know), comorbidities (other diseases), body weight (over weight) etc.
