I have a right hip pain to severe ,from last 4 days, the pain starts from through back to right side of hip.

it's a vague description. you can have pain on right hip on many reasons. Any other symptoms with pain or other than pain? like - 
numbness? loss of sensation? etc 
pain only on pressing?
pain occasionally comes and goes?
pain only at night?
pain on walking?
pain on sitting?
pain always?

And any triggering factors like - 
pain after standing for 20minutes.
pain after sitting for 20 minutes
pain starts on lying down etc..
anything after which you feel pain starts?

And anything by which pain subside like-
pain less on lying down.
pain less on putting pressure.
pain less on giving heat/hot water etc...
