Hi I am under weight now my weight is 60 kg now and losing day by day, height 5'8 or '9 my age is 31 only but feeling lazy and weak now a days. Taking good diet every day almonds, dates, eggs, peanut, chickpea, white rice. Still no improvement my back and shoulders also burning now a day in this summer. And also not getting sleep properly only 3 four hours sleep unable to sleep in night and feeling depressed also because these reasons before this weakness I was very active walking 5 km daily previously and dubling and push-up also I was doing. But now unable to do. Feeling very weak and pain every parts of the body is it safe to take whey protein and creatine to solve my problems or they are having any side effects or not please provide any solutions. If possible I will consultant in person after lockdown.

As far as any supplement is concerned so my advice is just stick to natural food for now and start any supplement after getting your routine checkup done. I would suggest you to start doing yoga and deep breathing exercise to alleviate stress in this stressfull time as stress itself is a cause of all the symptoms which you have mentioned. Practicedeep breathing before sleep as well for sound sleep. Get in bed early and wake up also early and fix the timing strictly for a sound sleep.
