Self. I name is ajay nd my age is 25 yrs. I am slim nd i'm having ashwagandha but I can't see any effect on my body nd my weight is also 43 kgs. So what should I do plzz suggest me any supplement.

You can start with mild walk or any cardio exercise followed by moderate protein and carbohydrate diet pattern. Take plenty of liquids likewise fruit juices and shakes. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Get your vaat level too for best results.
