I am 42 years old male. I am eating normal diet. But I suffer from acute constipation and rectum pain. I take lactifiber medicine daily but no improvement. I request you to suggest me what medicine to take. I take amlodac at medicine for high pressure and nothing else. I take high fibre food. As it is lock down now I can't visit a doctor. Please give advice.
