Osmf iii diagnosed 6 months ago due to tobacco chewing since 5 years. White patches and bands inside the cheeks. Heavy burning sensation of mouth and upper palate. Under the tongue blue skin like with icy colored change with pain. Now round uppish transparent ulcers on lower lips and upper lips some flat painful ulcers seen due to burning sensation, I am unable to take even boiled sada lukewarm food. I solicit complete cure of ulcers of lips and inner mouth problems.

Quit habits strictly. Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative management. As for now advice t.sm fibre-30nos, once a day for a month, c. Becosules 5 cap (enriched with vitamin a, vitamin b & vitamin e specifically), for five days in the morning after meals. Apply kenacort ointment on the ulcerative areas regularly. If ulcer doesn't heal then advice biopsy.
