I am a 21 year old male and having back pain from a long time from around july 2019. I have also done mri and xray. I used to take zerodol -p when there was pain but there is no improvement. I tried some physiotherapy but due to college I haven't completed it. What should I do?

A long standing back pain without any cause is most likely due to weak core muscles. You need to do tummy tuck, core activation exercises and also do hamstring and calf muscle stretches.
