I am a girl of 24 years. My stomach gets upset when I eat any fast food. Before one week I feel ill due to continuance of vomiting and I still not recovered that situation, my diet has become very low. I am too fond of food but from some time I am not eating, its creating bad taste of mouth also. Please suggest me what should I do?

You have understand the fact that outside fast, junk and street food are ruining your intestinal tract. Try to avoid such foods and detoxify your entire system. Increase the intake of high fibre foods esp fruits and vegetables, high antioxidant, phytonutrient rich foods too. Major foods for increased digestion green lemon cucumbers oranges amla guava beans papaya pineapple banana yoghurt wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass cinnamon.
