32 years old, 1st missed abortion due to absence of heart beat in 10th week, now 27 weeks pregnant, taken economic 75 mg with heparin inj alternate day. Is this safe to take ecosprin now.

Hi lybrate-user, hope you r doing well, yes you must continue taking ecosprin at least 34 week unless you have some reason not to take it like vaginal bleeding etc, and about heparin injection, it all depend upon its indication why it has been started ,your gynec must have told you y so, if it was started because your previous history of miscarriage then yeah continue it also 34 week be aware of condition when to stop it.
