I have been having intestinal discomfort/abdominal pain for the last 3 days. At first I thought I might have caught a stomach bug as I had cramps and diarrhea but except from when I had the cramps and had to go to the toilet, I felt fine. I started taking smecta and ercefuryl. I?m not sure it helped because I still have random cramps and have to go to the toilet but my stools are not liquid anymore. I usually feel discomfort shortly after eating. I am naturally ?gassy?, but lately I have the weird sensation of feeling big bubble gas trapped inside and I can?t evacuate them, accompanied by the cramps. I usually poop once a day but since this problem, it?s been up to 3-4 times a day and in ?good quantity?. I have no fever. The cramps seem really random and sometimes wake me up at night as they get very painful and urge me to go to the toilet.
