Last year taken treatment for uric acid pain in right hand centre finger. Now right foot second finger joint pain and inflammation swelling not able to put foot. Taken one week febuxstat 40 mg morning and night. Still pain. Every day I took ibufromin for pain only work few hours. Please help and how long to continue like this. I am in abroad now. Foot raised position no pain.

Check urs uric acid level. Drink lots of water. Take lemon drink or soda. Avoid non veg and dairy product and daal. Countinue medicen. Can take deflazcart 6 mg 1 od for 15 days.
