I had a sudden drop of blood pressure to (109/58), when this happened I experienced dizziness, faintness and the blood rushed to my head making my head red which also caused me to feel as if my head would explode and I had extreme pain in my head. I wanted to ask if this is normal or not especially the blood rushing to my head in a case of low blood pressure?
