May be you are having piles or fissures which cause bleeding. Precautions- avoid street food, fried, masala and fast food have regular food habits as well as habit of going for motion. 1) increase your fluid and vegetables intake 2) standardise your sleep timings continuously for 8 hours 3) small frequent meal 4) reduce oily and spicy foods 5) avoid outside and especially raw and fried foods from outside 6) physical activity 7) do not sit or stand at one place for long time.
