Hello Dr. Mai kafi depression me hun mujhe ek year se lagatar loose motion ho rha kuch samjh nhi aa rha maine yaha se gastro ko dikhaya hai colonoscopy karai hai sab normal hai unhone kaha aato ki movement jyada hai loperamide kha ke kisi tarh aram hota hai fir jab loose motion start ho jata hai please Dr. Suggest me mai kya krun.

You should take care of your diet and increase roughage in your diet with lots and lots of fibers, avaid taking liquid and milk diet for some time.
