Mild dilatation of left pelvicalyceal system & upper ureter however mid and distal ureter is obscured due to bowl gases. Left kidney 95 cm right kidney 95.1 cm impression - left sided mild hydroureteronephrosis? Distal ureteric calculus. What does mean by this is there stone presented in kidney if yes then what will be its size .plz ans me I am very confused about the size of stone.
