I am suffering for depression from last thirteen years. I take flunil 40 (2) and zosert 100 in the morning and after lunch zosert 100, and after dinner amixide h. Now I feel burning sensation in hand and back pain. What should I do?

You appears to be taking quite high dose of anti-depressants. You have not mentioned, whether you are diabetic or hypothyroid. These might cause such disturbances. Please get a detailed evaluation done by both psychiatrists & neurologists.

Flunil and zosert are usually not given together as they are both ssris and almost act on similar receptors. The burning sensation can be part of somatic symptoms/ neuropathy or serotonergic actions of the medications. I feel you can get a second psychiatrist opinion. Good luck.
