I'm 20 years old and i'm unmarried. I'm facing dry orgasm from 2 days. I am having kidney stone of 5 mm and i'm taking medicines ; neeri tablets, drotinds,pantoprazole and veltam 0.4 and cital syrup. What is the reason for dry orgasm? Is it serious?

Hello- underlying causes of dry orgasm include: bladder removal surgery (cystectomy) blocked sperm duct (ejaculatory duct obstruction) certain medications used to treat high blood pressure, enlarged prostate and mood disorders. In your case, deficiency might be the cause. It is best to abstain from ejaculation till complete recovery from kidney stone.
