Hi, my brother (age 25, weight 155 kgs approx.) is suffering from feet swelling from past 5 months. It is only his left feet which swells. The skin is too hard and there is slight pain as well. I have been to a few doctors but, the swelling does not go off. Its just bad. We have done few blood tests too which also had creatinine test amd his was 0.55 is this normal or do I need to see a specialist. The physician did not say anything on this. So. I am unsure if the swelling of this feet is related to this test in any way. Please advise. Need help from a specialist. A kidney and heart specialist.

Swollen ankles and swollen feet are common and usually not cause for concern, particularly if you have been standing or walking a lot. But feet and ankles that stay swollen or are accompanied by other symptoms could signal a serious health problem. But we have to look into the details of the problem.
